Video Upload License

By uploading a video to WeSingForFun.com, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Video Upload License, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

You keep ownership of the video you upload. We do not become the owner of your video, your performance, or your personal creative work simply because you share it on the site.

You give WeSingForFun permission to host, store, review, convert, display, perform, distribute, and make your approved video available on the site. You also give WeSingForFun permission to use your approved video, video title, display name, and short clips or screenshots from the video to promote the site, including on WeSingForFun-owned websites, emails, and social channels.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable only as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the site. You may ask us to remove your video, and we will remove it from the site after we process the request, though past shares, cached copies, backups, or already-produced materials may not be fully retractable.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You made or control the video, or you have permission from the person who did.
• Every identifiable person in the video, including anyone who can be heard, gave permission for the recording and for it to be shared on the site.
• The video does not invade anyone’s privacy, reveal private information, or show anyone in an unsafe or illegal situation.
• The video does not include hateful, explicit, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or exploitative content.
• You have the rights or permissions needed for any music, lyrics, recordings, background audio, images, logos, or other third-party material included in the video.

Singing along to a favorite song can be fun, but music may be protected by copyright. Do not upload a video if you do not have the rights, permission, or another lawful basis for the music or background track included in it. We may remove, mute, reject, or limit videos that raise rights concerns.

Uploading does not guarantee that a video will appear on the wall. We may review submissions and approve, reject, remove, mute, or limit a video at our discretion, including for safety, legal, rights, contest, or site-quality reasons.

To keep a clear record, the site may store your account ID, upload time, accepted legal version numbers, rights/permissions certification, contest eligibility confirmation when applicable, file details, moderation status, and related review notes.
