Official Weekly Contest Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The contest is sponsored by We Sing For Fun, LLC. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Video Upload License.

The weekly contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, officers, owners, and immediate family or household members of the sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each weekly contest period runs from Monday 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time through Sunday 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The site may display dates or times in your local browser time, but the official contest clock is Pacific Time.

Create a free account, upload a singing video through the site, complete the required rights/permissions and contest confirmations, and have the video accepted for review during the weekly contest period. Limit one prize winner per weekly contest period.

This is a skill-based promotion. Eligible videos may be judged on fun, joy, originality, performance spirit, audience appeal, and overall fit with the WeSingForFun community. The winner is selected by WeSingForFun at our sole discretion. Decisions are final and binding.

WeSingForFun may disqualify entries that do not follow the rules, appear unsafe, include rights issues, use misleading accounts, or otherwise harm the spirit or fairness of the contest.

There is one winner each week. The prize is $100 USD. Prize details, fulfillment method, and timing may be reasonably determined by WeSingForFun. No substitution, transfer, or cash alternative is allowed except at our discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes and any forms or information required for lawful prize fulfillment.

We may contact a potential winner using the email address connected to the winner’s account. A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide prize-payment information, complete tax or release paperwork, and respond within 5 days. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be verified, WeSingForFun may choose another winner or decide not to award that week’s prize.

Except where prohibited by law, entering or accepting a prize gives WeSingForFun permission to use the winner’s name, display name, city, state or country, likeness, submitted video, and prize information to announce and promote the contest and the site without additional payment.

• WeSingForFun may cancel, suspend, modify, or end the contest at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical problems, legal concerns, safety concerns, rights issues, or business reasons.
• WeSingForFun may interpret these rules and decide eligibility, judging, disqualification, and winner selection at its sole discretion.
• Only one winner will be selected for each weekly contest period.

Contest-related information may be used to administer the promotion, verify winners, fulfill prizes, keep legally required records, and promote the contest. Uploaded videos remain subject to the Terms of Use and the Video Upload License.
