Copyright and DMCA Policy

WeSingForFun.com is built for joyful singing videos, but every member is responsible for making sure they have the rights and permissions needed for anything they upload, including music, lyrics, recordings, video clips, images, names, voices, and appearances.

If we receive a valid rights complaint, or if we believe content may create legal or safety concerns, we may remove, mute, restrict, or disable that content while we review it.

To report copyright infringement, email us at info@wesingforfun.com with the information below. Please do not send false notices. You may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the video URL or enough information for us to find it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice to info@wesingforfun.com. A counter-notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent.

We may terminate or restrict accounts that we determine are repeat infringers, and we may remove content when required by law or when it reasonably appears to violate someone else’s rights.

This policy provides an infringement reporting path while WeSingForFun completes any additional registration steps that may be appropriate. Until a registered DMCA agent is published by WeSingForFun, reports should be sent to info@wesingforfun.com.
